When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if provided). Payment information (credit card, PayPal, etc.) is processed directly by our payment provider, PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to fulfill orders, send shipping updates, and respond to support requests. If you opt in, we may send occasional product updates — but we keep it infrequent and relevant. You can unsubscribe anytime.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period. Your data exists to serve your orders and nothing else.
We use cookies for basic site functionality (keeping your cart, staying logged in) and anonymous analytics to understand how people use the site. No third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill our legal and tax obligations, and to handle any warranty or return claims. Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
We use a small number of third-party services to run the store: PayPal for payments, and standard hosting and email infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their own terms.
