GridLab is operated by Soapstone Services, Inc. We sell refurbished electronics — tested, restored, and sold with an honest account of condition. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Everything we sell is refurbished, not new. Each listing states the condition and any known cosmetic or functional notes. We test before we ship. If a listing's condition grade is wrong, that's on us — contact us and we'll make it right.
Orders are confirmed once payment clears. Prices are in USD and may change without notice until an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced.
We ship to the address provided at checkout — it's your responsibility to get that right. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. See our Return Policy for what happens if something arrives damaged or doesn't show up.
Returns are handled under our separate Return Policy. Refurbished electronics carry the warranty terms stated on the individual product listing, where applicable.
Don't use this site to do anything illegal, attempt to defraud us or other customers, or interfere with the site's operation. We can refuse service or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it's fraudulent or abusive.
We're a small operation. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using a product we sold you — our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the item itself, per the Return Policy.
We may update these terms as the business grows. The effective date below tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
